From ground-up architecture to a single-room consultation, the drawing and the delivery come from the same eleven people, out of one studio in Andheri West. No sub-contracted design, no white-labelled builds.

The Studio Approach

One team — from the first sketch to the final key.

Every service the studio offers is drawn, detailed and delivered by the same eleven people. The person who takes your first call signs off on the last snag list.

We deliberately keep the practice small — six residential commissions a year, occasionally seven. This is the number a studio of eleven can carry through without diluting either the design or the delivery. Every project has a partner as its point of contact, from the initial briefing through to the twelve-month post-handover care period.

Residential
Architecture.

Ground-up homes, rowhouses and full-floor apartments. We start from the site survey — orientation, structure, light and volume — before any finish is chosen. Sanctioned drawings, structural coordination and full execution follow, all under one roof.

Full turnkey commissions for private homes

Interior
Design.

Full interior commissions for 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. Space planning, joinery, lighting and finish selection — delivered turnkey with our own carpentry team. Storage designed to disappear; every drawer is where you would look for it first.

Supervision.

For designers and homeowners with drawings already in hand. Our site team supervises execution to the millimetre so the drawing is what actually gets built. Tuesday and Friday walks, weekly written reports, snag list closed on handover day.
